Smashroom Music & Wellbeing CIC is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We only collect personal information needed to run sessions, contact participants, manage volunteers, record attendance, keep people safe and show the impact of our work. This may include your name, phone number, email address, session interests, attendance records, consent forms, feedback and any access needs you choose to share.
We collect information when you contact us through the website (which opens your own email app to send us a message), when you take part in a session, and when you fill in a consent or feedback form. The website itself does not store your details on a server.
We will only use information for the purposes of the CIC. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing. We may share information where it is necessary for safeguarding, or where the law requires it.
We keep information secure and only for as long as needed for safeguarding, administration, funding evidence, legal or insurance purposes.
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct details that are wrong, withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from updates, or ask us to delete information where possible.
